Maritime simulation firm FORCE Technology has signed a strategic framework agreement with Varjo, a provider of industrial-grade virtual and mixed reality hardware and software, to develop VR and XR training systems for maritime.
The collaboration aims to launch a compact, portable, immersive system to more easily deliver maritime training in circumstances where the logistical challenges associated with traditional simulator methods can be difficult to overcome.
