Indian Register of Shipping subsidiary IRClass Systems and Solutions (ISSPL) has acquired a 40% stake in eProtect 360 Solutions, expanding its cybersecurity portfolio.
ISSPL says the investment will allow it to add governance, risk and compliance tools, anti-ransomware systems and managed services to its offering.
eProtect 360 has operations across six continents, serving industries including finance, oil and gas, aviation, technology and healthcare.
