Benefit Software and Procureship integrate ERP and procurement workflows

Benefit Software and Procureship have established a partnership to integrate their respective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and electronic procurement workflows for global shipping operations.

The collaboration will utilise bHive, a connectivity platform from Benefit Software, to merge ERP and procurement pipelines into a centralised flow between customers and vendors.

The system provides automated purchasing workflows from requisition to invoice and offers maritime companies direct access to vendor lists. It also uses artificial intelligence to support decision-making and reduce manual tasks.

“Maritime software today is not defined by individual tools, but by how those tools work together as one process,” said Thomas Zavitsanos, Managing Director at Benefit Software.

The integration will be made available to the approximately 250 maritime customers already using the applications, with the companies planning to announce a commercial offer for a specific group of customers and vendors in the coming weeks.

“This partnership creates immediate value for the entire maritime community we serve,” said Grigoris Lamprou, Co-founder and CEO at Procureship.
