MF Shipping Group deploys new software platform fleetwide

MF Shipping Group has chosen the MESPAS ship management platform to support its managed fleet of 46 vessels. Following completion of a proof-of-concept evaluation, the Netherlands-headquartered ship manager will implement the cloud-based system to streamline its technical operations.

The shipping group will use the system’s global master data framework to enable analytics at both the individual vessel and fleetwide levels, providing a foundation for artificial intelligence (AI) data analysis, benchmarking, and strategic decision-making.

“The partnership with MESPAS began with our technical team seeking a system with a modern master data approach,” said Claas Vis, Chief Technical Officer of MF Shipping Group.

“MESPAS delivered a solution that provides structured data integrity and integrates seamlessly within our existing IT environment. An important advantage for us is the integrated MESPAS-Radiant solution, in which both providers work together to deliver a unified platform supporting technical management and crewing.”

“Combined with connectivity to our accounting system and other core applications, this comprehensive interoperability was a key factor in our decision. It confirmed that MESPAS is the right fit for our business.”
