Wallem Group is rolling out a Cloud-based software package from a3 Agency Systems to streamline workflows across its ship agency business, part of an ongoing programme of digital transformation across the vessel manager’s operational processes.
The new Cloud application will provide a unified system to simplify the management of documentation and actions required in port calls, offering a single interface for assigning and managing tasks associated with an appointment and curated dashboards to track progress for the duration of a port call.
The enterprise-grade application also has built-in functionality for report generation on key operational metrics, such as time in port, operational delays and other KPIs related to vessel and cargo performance.
