Conbulk Shipmanagement implements cyber system

Conbulk Shipmanagement Corporation in Greece has agreed a deal to implement the CyberSea cybersecurity system from compatriot company Crontab Maritime Cyber Security to improve the digital security of its fleet of vessels.

The CyberSea system and service has been developed specifically to meet IMO’s latest cyber security requirements, to protect both vessel and shore-based networks.

Services provided include integration of cyber policies into SMS documents, support for Port State Control interactions, as well as IT and OT audit checks.

Crontab will also provide training and guidance for staff onboard ship, instructing crews on how to manage compliance with regulations, and create an Emergency Incident Response Plan. CySO (Cyber Security Officer) outsourcing services are additionally offered, to remove the cyber management burden from shipping company staff.
