Cast Marine Offshore, a provider of passenger and equipment ferrying services based in Singapore, is to implement the MarineM digital platform from Innovez One to optimise operations and improve the efficiency of its 20-vessel fleet.
Using GPS and AIS tracking, the software will monitor the position of each vessel and the status of jobs in real time, ensuring that jobs are allocated as efficiently as possible and that last-minute requests are more effectively handled.
Features include functionality to generate e-tickets and e-vouchers to automate operations, with electronic receipts and invoices for completed jobs available to replace paper-based billing processes.
Furthermore, the system will also issue e-tickets for passengers, who will be able to access boarding information from their smartphones, check-in and be informed of any last-minute changes.

The project has received funding from the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
