Port-IT launches vulnerability management system

Port-IT has launched a new service within its cybersecurity portfolio, designed to assist shipping companies in meeting their obligations under the upcoming IACS UR E26 / E27 regulations

The Naval Wolf service will offer vulnerability management capabilities specifically designed for the maritime industry, addressing the mandatory requirements of the new regulations for newly built vessels.

The system performs checks for potential compliance issues with ISO, DIS, GDPR, and other regimes, scanning both IT and OT environments to identify various types of vulnerabilities.

It leverages a variety of tools to perform its scans of the vessel network, which can be managed via a web portal using a single login to control all of the company’s cybersecurity services.
