OceanScore raises €5m

OceanScore, a start-up providing maritime data and compliance management systems, reports that it has closed a €5 million Series A financing round to support the further development of its technology portfolio and expansion of the business.

Following on from its initial 2023 seed funding round, this latest tranche of investment included contributions from existing investor theDOCK and new investors such as Stolt Ventures, Motion Ventures, and Portline, along with various angel investors. All previous investors, including MSC and Peter Döhle, have retained their shares.

“We are thrilled by the support we are receiving from these pedigree investors and the opportunities this offers to us,” said Albrecht Grell, Managing Director at OceanScore.

“Seeing the strong demand for our solutions around the globe and the positive response for our new FuelEU solutions, we are excited to double down on investing in our global footprint, product development and AI capabilities.”
