Net Feasa launches AI-driven container booking platform

Net Feasa has introduced Agentic Control Tower, a new AI-based platform that enables shipping containers to act as autonomous agents, managing their own bookings and routes across the supply chain.

The system applies what the company describes as ‘Reflective Agentic AI’ to container logistics, allowing connected containers to self-manage by evaluating their current location, schedule and destination to select optimal jobs while still in transit.

The platform also includes a marketplace where containers can initiate booking requests and receive bids from prospective customers, creating new revenue opportunities for operators.

The system is powered by Net Feasa’s IoTPASS edge device, which collects data from container movements and other points in the intermodal chain. AI is then used to optimise booking processes, route planning, and delivery, with continuous learning over time to improve performance.

“Through the introduction of superior visibility and optimisation within the intermodal supply chain, we have reduced the cost of monitoring Refrigerated Containers, optimised the number of Dry Containers needed and introduced security as standard,” said Net Feasa’s Founder and Chairman, Mike Fitzgerald.

“The introduction of Agentic AI, however, is a step change in workflow efficiency. In one example we have reduced the carbon footprint in drayage by 50% and the cost to the shipper by 25%.”
