Telemar and TNL to merge under Marlink Group

Marlink has announced a merger between its subsidiary Telemar and Greece-based TNL Group.

TNL will merge with Telemar’s wider global operations, creating a combined entity with more than 250 staff to deliver services to commercial and superyacht operators across Europe, Asia and the US.

“This merger fully aligns with the Marlink Group strategy of building a best-in-class platform for delivery of IT and OT managed services to an expanded customer base in the maritime sector globally,” said Erik Ceuppens, CEO Marlink Group.

“We look forward to supporting TNL customers in their digital transformation drawing on the complete portfolio of Marlink solutions and services.”

The new entity will offer remote diagnostics for bridge systems, managed maintenance services, and support for compliance through inspection and survey of critical equipment.

Mike Bauwens, CEO of Telemar, will lead the combined business, working alongside TNL executives Evangelos Andriotis and Panagiotis Spanos.
