Oceanly and Nagarro agree partnership on maritime AI and fleet performance

Oceanly has announced a partnership with digital engineering firm Nagarro to combine Oceanly’s maritime data systems with Nagarro’s capabilities in AI, ERP integration, and large-scale software projects.

The companies say the collaboration aims to deliver real-time operational insights for shipping companies, with a working model having already been developed to demonstrate the combined system.

The partnership will also focus on upgrading legacy PMS, CMMS, and procurement systems to Oceanly’s cloud-based platform, with Oceanly’s existing data collection tool to be integrated into the offering.

“Our mission at Oceanly is to future-proof shipping with advanced fleet performance solutions,” said Frederik Lerche-Tornoe, CEO at Oceanly.

“This partnership makes it easier for shipowners to adopt smarter systems without overhauling their infrastructure. Together with Nagarro, we are turning complexity into clarity, helping the maritime sector achieve safety, efficiency, and sustainability at scale.”

Future development plans include new capabilities for voyage reporting, emissions tracking, and predictive maintenance.
