Navilands Group has selected ABS Wavesight’s new Advantage platform to support compliance with the upcoming FuelEU Maritime Regulation and EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) requirements.
The company will deploy ABS Wavesight’s Carbon Diligence module across a number of bulk carriers and container ships, with further implementation planned by the end of the year.
The system will automate data collection and reporting for statutory verification via a direct API connection to ABS, to support compliance processes as the regulations take effect from 1 January 2025.
“Navilands uniquely combines a strong people-first approach with cutting-edge technology and environmental responsibility; objectives we share with all of our partners and suppliers,” said Panagiotis Foinikis, CEO, Navilands Group.
“ABS Wavesight Advantage offers our teams a simplified compliance path for our fleet and peace of mind to our clients.”
