lomarlabs reports that it has agreed a strategic collaboration with human-performance intelligence company Signal Fusion to pilot predictive behavioural analytics within maritime operations, with the platform to be deployed during a pilot with Lomar Shipping this year.
The integrated system is designed to analyse human performance and communication in operational contexts, providing early indicators of risk and supporting safety-related decision-making before incidents occur.
The technology uses narrative and voice-based assessments to generate auditable data linked to staffing, training focus and operational actions. According to the companies, the platform is built around human-centred AI, with evidence traces and human-in-the-loop review to support accountability and regulatory scrutiny.
