Four maritime tech brands unified under One Net umbrella

Fameline Technologies Group, a subsidiary of Fameline Holding Group, has announced the consolidation of its OneNovation, World-Link and Telaccount companies as a single technology services organisation under the existing One Net brand.

The move follows the acquisition of World-Link and Telaccount by Fameline Technologies Group, as part of a push to expand the group’s presence across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.

One Net’s portfolio will include managed information technology (IT) services, cybersecurity, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, satellite connectivity, and tracking and safety systems, delivered as integrated services.

“We have been working with these clients for years,” said Michalis Hadjistylianou, CEO, One Net.

“We know what they run, what they can afford, and what they will actually use. One Net is built around that, not around what the market wants to sell them.”

The company notes that existing clients will see no disruption to contracts or support teams, with the expanded service portfolio becoming available immediately across all accounts. One Net is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.

“Most of our clients are running lean. They do not need more technology, they need technology that actually gets used,” said Peter-Michael Haddad, Co-Chief Executive Officer of One Net.

“Our focus is on automating the tasks that take up time they do not have, and making sure what we deploy works on day one.”
