Unseenlabs agrees €5.5m microsatellite order for maritime surveillance network

Unseenlabs has agreed a €5.5 million (60 million SEK) follow-on contract with GomSpace for the delivery of additional microsatellites to support the expansion of its maritime surveillance and radio-frequency intelligence services.

The satellites are expected to be delivered by the end of 2027. The contract follows an Authority to Proceed (ATP) announcement from March 31 and an initial microsatellite order signed on 17 December 2024.

“GomSpace’s openness and transparency allow us to plan and monitor our programs without unexpected challenges,” said Jonathan Galic, Co-Founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer of Unseenlabs.

“Their consistent commitment to delivering on expectations makes them a reliable partner as we continue to expand our capabilities and strengthen our position in maritime domain awareness.”
