FourKites has announced the launch of Booking Connect for Ocean, an agentic AI maritime booking platform designed to automate freight workflows from order to booking.
The system is integrated into the FourKites Intelligent Control Tower to handle contract management, carrier selection, and documentation without manual intervention.
The new platform aims to eliminate a range of manual booking tasks by digitising ocean carrier rate agreements and surcharges into a single digital rate profile, as well as providing automated functions for carrier selection, document management, and exception handling.
