TUI Cruises has agreed a deal with Marlink for the provision of fully managed hybrid connectivity and digital services aboard Mein Schiff Flow, the cruise operator’s latest fleet addition.
Mein Schiff Flow will feature a system combining Starlink Low Earth Orbit (LEO) services, Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) VSAT capabilities, and MSS backup connectivity, all controlled through Marlink’s network management tech.
Designed to support digital operations and connectivity services for more than 3,900 guests and 1,500 crew members, the vessel is part of TUI Cruises’ new InTUItion-class.
Delivered through XChange NextGen, the hybrid network architecture is designed to support intelligent orchestration across multiple satellite services using dynamic traffic management based on network availability, application priority, and operational requirements.
