AST Networks is offering maritime customers two months of unlimited OneWeb connectivity through a new trial programme, with an Intellian OW10 antenna supplied on a sale-or-return basis.
The trial has no upfront antenna cost or data limit, the company says, allowing vessels to use the LEO connectivity under normal operating conditions before deciding whether to continue with the service.
At the end of the two-month period, customers can return the antenna and discontinue the service, purchase the antenna and select a OneWeb plan, or commit to 12 months of unlimited connectivity and retain the antenna at no charge.
“The best way to understand what a connectivity service can do for your vessel is to use it,” said Gregory Darling, Founder and Chairman of AST Networks.
