Northern Marine Management (NMM) is installing Inmarsat’s NexusWave system on selected vessels operated by Stena Bulk and Proman Stena Bulk as part of its strategy to improve onboard communications and support crew welfare.
The project builds on existing connectivity services across the NMM-managed fleet, with the company noting the growing importance of high-speed internet in recruitment, retention, and operational performance as major drivers behind the project.
