Hanseaticsoft adds app to fleet management software package

Hanseaticsoft has launched a new CFM Go app as the latest addition to its Cloud Fleet Manager maritime software package, to allow users to more easily access relevant data about their fleet from their mobile phones.

CFM Go provides access to all the information from the Cloud Fleet Manager Portal, including internal company news, upcoming crew changes, current off hires, disturbances, claims, and bunkers.

“We are delighted to launch our CFM Go app as it takes our innovative software one step further,” said Alexander Buchmann, Managing Director of Hanseaticsoft.

“CFM Go will enable our clients to further improve their operational efficiencies and increase business performance by providing employees with immediate access to their full database no matter where they are from their smartphones, keeping them informed about developments across the fleet.”

The new app includes a news section and a dedicated dashboard that provides users with insights into the status of any of their vessels. Users can also check their key tasks for the day and opt to receive notifications for any relevant CFM modules.

The fleet section of CFM Go displays the schedules of the fleet, the crew on board and current off hires. Users can also use the map tool for details of the fleet’s movement and to check information such as current zones of war risk.

The app additionally allows for management of employee holidays. Employees can request holidays and other absences through the system and check colleagues’ availability, allowing those responsible for approving requests to approve or decline on their mobile device.
