Nowhere Networks has agreed a deal to supply external connectivity for Celestyal’s cruise fleet, providing a managed ship-to-shore broadband service combining Starlink, long-range radio, and intelligent traffic management.
The hybrid system integrates Nowhere Networks’ owned land-based radio infrastructure with LEO satellite capacity and real-time monitoring, supported by a user portal for access control and cost management.
The plug-and-play setup is focused solely on external connectivity and is designed to maximise uptime without requiring onboard integration.
“We’re proud to support Celestyal with a next-gen hybrid connectivity solution that’s both reliable and efficient,” said CG Sänne, CCO at Nowhere Networks.
“Our fully managed service ensures uninterrupted, high-capacity connectivity throughout Europe, helping Celestyal deliver a superior guest and crew experience at sea.”
The agreement adds to Nowhere Networks’ passenger shipping customer base, which includes operators such as Stena Line, Tallink, and DFDS.
