Eastern Pacific Shipping adopts HarborLab for digital port cost management

Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) has partnered with HarborLab to digitalise and optimise its port cost management processes using the company’s AI-based platform for Disbursement Account (DA) management.

The Singapore-based shipowner has implemented HarborLab’s technology to centralise DA handling, automate cost verification, and improve coordination between operations, accounting, and husbandry teams.

EPS notes that the platform has reduced Final Disbursement Account closing times, improved workflow efficiency and strengthened oversight of port-related costs across its global operations.

“At EPS, we continuously explore innovative solutions that enhance transparency, efficiency and accountability across our global operations,” said Cyril Ducau, Chief Executive Officer of EPS.

“Integrating HarborLab’s platform has allowed us to streamline port cost management, strengthen governance, and make data-driven decisions that translate into tangible results. This partnership underscores our commitment to operational excellence through digital innovation.”
