Jifmar Group and Seavium partner for offshore fleet digitalisation

Jifmar Group and Seavium have announced a deal to deploy digital and artificial intelligence (AI) technology across Jifmar’s fleet and internal processes.

The project will integrate more than 80 vessels into a single digital ecosystem to improve technical data standards and project planning.

By using AI-driven analysis for vessel-project matching, Jifmar intends to improve the management of its assets across global operations and streamline its chartering practices. The initiative also includes the automation of internal workflows across various departments.

“Jifmar is proud to integrate Seavium’s solution into our operations, reinforcing our long-standing commitment to innovation,” said Paul Berud, Head of Innovation of Jifmar Group.

“For over 20 years we have led the way in our industry, and this partnership marks the next step in advancing our fleet and services into the digital era.”

The partnership was facilitated by ZEBOX, an accelerator initiated by the CMA CGM Group. ZEBOX connects startups with corporate partners to develop technology for the maritime and logistics sectors.
