Spinergie has launched a logistics and marine coordination platform for offshore wind and oil and gas operators, covering the planning and management of personnel, cargo and vessel and helicopter transfers.
The software is designed to bring personnel management, transport planning, manifesting and live tracking into a single platform, replacing coordination across separate systems.
Personnel management functions include configuring qualifications by role, managing required documents and site inductions, validating readiness and checking qualifications during manifesting.
Transport planning allows operators to request and schedule vessel and helicopter movements for personnel, cargo and work activities, with checks against SIMOPs (simultaneous operations), asset restrictions and personnel certifications. Validated plans can then be distributed to relevant stakeholders.
The platform also provides real-time manifest management and tracking, allowing coordinators, contractors and QHSE teams to monitor personnel locations and update statuses through a map interface.
Spinergie said the software has already been deployed with offshore wind and oil and gas operators, providing control rooms, crews, technicians and HSE teams with a shared operational platform.
“Our customers asked us to enter this market as they were looking for a partner that could help them better plan the work across air and sea, not just the passengers and the cargo,” said Jean Cristofari, Spinergie Co-Founder and CEO.
“Logistics was the rational next step in the development of our maritime platform. We are bringing our clients a fully integrated end-to-end solution from planning, through monitoring operations, to analysis and improvement.”
