Svensk Sjöfart, the Swedish Shipowners’ Association, has agreed a new deal to gain access to the Risk Intelligence System, which will include the delivery of maritime intelligence in combination with AIS fleet data and sanctions data.
The deal also includes access to threat assessments, incident alerts, and the Risk Intelligence 24/7 Duty Watch service, which will be used to improve the security and monitoring of the Swedish-flagged and -owned fleet.
“It is a great pleasure to welcome the Swedish Shipowners’ Association as a client of Risk Intelligence and we are looking forward to supporting the association in their security needs going forward,” said Hans Tino Hansen, CEO of Risk Intelligence.
“As a Danish company listed on the Spotlight Stock Exchange in Stockholm, Sweden, it is important to us to communicate this to the market and to our Swedish investors as well as to our existing Swedish maritime clients in Gothenburg and Stockholm.”
The Swedish Shipowners’ Association is an industry association representing around 55 Swedish shipping companies operating in Europe and worldwide.
“We are very pleased to enter into a cooperation with Risk Intelligence. The access provided by Risk Intelligence will further strengthen the work of the association and the support it can bring to its members,” said Anders Hermansson, CEO of Swedish Shipowners’ Association.
