Andriaki Shipping completes Starlink roll-out

Greek tanker operator Andriaki Shipping reports that it has completed the deployment of Starlink connectivity systems across its fleet of vessels.

The new connectivity option has been integrated with its existing onboard systems, the company said.

The Starlink service has been adopted primarily to support improved crew welfare on Andriaki’s ships, with all crew members to be provided with free internet access on the equipped vessels following the project.

“Our crew members’ welfare is important to us, and this advanced technology will ensure they stay connected wherever they are on the seas,” the company said, in a statement.

“We understand the importance of staying connected with family and friends while at sea, and this initiative reflects our commitment to the welfare and well-being of our team.”

“At Andriaki Shipping Co. Ltd. we always strive to enhance the experience of our crew, and we believe that this new service is another step towards enhancing their experience.”
