HR, payroll, and crew management software specialist Adonis has entered into a strategic partnership with Certus Online, a provider of booking and operational software, to deliver a combined service offering for the maritime industry.
Certus Online’s Booking Platform, which offers passenger booking and route management functionality, will be integrated with Adonis’ HR and payroll systems to offer a unified platform.
The integration will allow shared customers to benefit from simplified data sharing, processing, and reporting across both systems.
“We are very optimistic about the potential of this collaboration,” said Per Ove Kviteberg, Chief Commercial Officer at Adonis, a Ripple Operations company.
“Together, we aim to set a new benchmark for comprehensive solutions in the maritime sector, combining Certus Online’s expertise in booking and ticketing systems with Adonis’ leadership in Crewing, T&A, Payroll and HR management.”
Both companies will work together to develop new customer relationships while continuing to support existing clients. The cooperation will also include collaborative marketing efforts and joint product integrations.
