Marcura and Sedna integrate platforms

Marcura and Sedna have agreed a partnership to integrate Marcura’s ClaimsHub and AI Console with Sedna’s email platform, providing chartering and operations teams with direct access to core tools without leaving their inbox.

With ClaimsHub and the AI Console already available within Sedna, users can send voyage documents, such as Statements of Fact, directly from email into Marcura systems and receive processed results without manual file handling. Document workflows can leverage AI tools to support tasks such as handovers and charter party checks.

Integration with Marcura’s PortLog system is expected in the next phase of the rollout, which will allow users to access port turnaround data, restrictions, and cost information from within Sedna.

“Maritime teams are already buried in email. They’re under pressure and moving fast; the last thing they need is to jump between systems just to process a claim or check port data,” said Dylan Ray Mace, VP of Sales & Partnerships, Marcura.

“This integration brings critical tools and information to where it’s most needed. It means fewer clicks, less friction, and faster decisions. It’s simple, and that’s exactly the point.”
