WiseTech Global reports that it has entered into an agreement to acquire US-based logistics software provider e2open for an enterprise value of $2.1 billion.
The acquisition has been approved by e2open shareholders and is expected to close in the first half of 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
E2open offers a connected supply chain platform and counts major ocean carriers among its customers, tracking some 18 billion transactions each year to provide visibility across the trade and logistics chain.

e2open had itself previously acquired ocean shipping software company INTTRA in 2018, a provider of digital container booking services.
