OneLearn Global partners with TalentHacks on AI-powered training

OneLearn Global has partnered with TalentHacks to introduce a new AI-powered training programme focused on improving communication and collaboration across the maritime industry.

The new course, Working With Humans, uses AI to personalise content for each user, combining entertainment with educational content to support learning retention and reduce friction in team interactions.

The programme will deliver interactive content with a focus on emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

“This goes far beyond crew training; it’s designed for the entire industry, supporting communication and collaboration at every level,” said Marinos Kokkinis, Managing Director of OneLearn Global.

“Today’s seafarers face a different world of work — they are younger, more connected, and used to consuming personalised digital content. They experience new stressors and have different expectations. This modern demographic calls for a modern approach to learning and development.”

“Traditional soft skills training, built around long lectures and theory, is no longer fit for purpose. What crews need now is content that is adaptive, engaging and human-centred — and that is exactly what this partnership brings.”
