Closelink and StormGeo connect platforms for lubricant procurement

Closelink has integrated its digital procurement platform with StormGeo’s s-Insight ship-to-shore reporting system to deliver improved lubricant inventory management for users.

The integration enables automatic transfer of noon report data, including Remaining-On-Board (ROB) levels, from StormGeo into Closelink. More than 1,500 vessel-specific plausibility checks are applied before validated data is shared, with the aim of removing the need for separate manual reporting.

“One of the biggest barriers to effective procurement is fragmented information,” said Philippe Lavarde, CEO and co-founder of Closelink.

“By integrating with StormGeo, we’re removing that friction for mutual users, making it easier to work with aggregated data to focus on the decisions that matter.”

The connection is now live, with OKEE Maritime of Germany among the first users.
