PortXL has unveiled the line-up for its 2025 maritime tech accelerator programme, marking the tenth anniversary of the start-up incubator.
Since its launch in Rotterdam in 2015, PortXL has worked with 132 start-ups, with 83% of those companies still active. Alumni have collectively raised more than €191 million in funding.
The 2025 programme will run for 100 days and offer start-ups access to mentorship and opportunities to pilot their technologies with industry partners including the Port of Rotterdam, GTT, the Dutch Ministry of Defence, and the Municipality of Rotterdam.
“The maritime industry is undergoing a profound transformation, and our 2025 cohort represents the next wave of pioneers who will shape its future,” said Christel Pullens, Director a.i. of PortXL.
“We are excited to support them on their journey and connect them with our partners.”
The 2025 cohort includes 13 Mari, Amphitrite, Ayrton Energy, FibriTech, Flyability, Hydrogenium, NanoSieve, SungreenH2, and Newlight Blue.
