AAL Shipping has signed an agreement with Seaber to implement its AI-assisted planning and scheduling platform, moving away from Excel-based planning to improve fleet utilisation, voyage efficiency, and Time Charter Equivalent (TCE).
The 30-vessel breakbulk and heavy-lift operator will use the system for dynamic schedule optimisation, real-time voyage scenarios, and integrated stakeholder collaboration.
The companies also plan to co-develop new features for the platform, which will be made available to other shipowner clients in future.
