Kongsberg Digital and Royston to integrate systems

Kongsberg Digital and Royston have announced plans to integrate their respective technologies, bringing together Kongsberg Digital’s Vessel Insight and enginei, Royston’s Electronic Fuel Management System.

The enginei system, currently used by approximately 300 vessels worldwide, is a modular fuel management product providing data and dynamic reports that are recorded and visually represented on a touchscreen bridge display and online dashboard.

Combining this system with Vessel Insight, Kongsberg Digital’s vessel-to-cloud infrastructure, will allows users to maximise their investment in fuel sensors by extending use of their data across Vessel Insight’s range of connected applications.

“We are excited about the opportunities this partnership brings,” said Sarah Wade, CEO of Royston Limited.

“By leveraging our respective strengths and capabilities, we are well-positioned to deliver unparalleled value to our clients, enabling them to remain competitive and achieve sustainable growth in today’s dynamic market.”

“By working together, we are accelerating innovation, reducing carbon emissions, and equipping our clients to thrive in an increasingly digital environment. This collaboration is a prime example of our devotion to helping our clients succeed and our commitment to quality.”
