Navilands Group implements 90POE platform

Vessel manager Navilands Group reports that it has gone live on the OpenOcean STUDIO platform from Ninety Percent of Everything (90POE), to be used to support its operations in Greece, Cyprus, China, and the Philippines.

The company operates a diverse fleet of bulkers, container ships and tankers, and will use the onBOARD component of the 90POE platform to assist in activities including position reporting, voyage event reporting, alerts and task management, maintenance management, crew management and evaluations, procurement, and vessel itinerary management.

Headquartered in London, with offices in Greece and Norway, 90POE has spent six years developing OpenOcean STUDIO, a cloud-based system utilising data to deliver commercial, operational, and technical insights.

Users can log in through a web browser without downloading or installing any software, with all data synced in the cloud to keep vessels and offices consistent in sharing datasets. An on-board version of the system is available that can operate offline, syncing with the cloud once connectivity is available.
