REM Offshore adds UniSea module to improve OVMSA processes

REM Offshore has agreed a deal to implement a Self Assessment module from software provider UniSea to improve its Offshore Vessel Management and Self Assessment (OVMSA) processes.

‍The OVMSA framework provides a tool for offshore vessel operators to evaluate and improve their safety management systems.

‍UniSea’s platform offers a centralised source of data for related parties to share and access  up-to-date information, enabling REM Offshore to assess its performance in key operational areas and generate reports to maintain compliance standards in preparation for audits.

“We selected UniSea’s Self Assessment module because it combines user-friendliness with robust functionality,” said ‍Iliyan Aleksandrov, HSEQ Manager at REM Offshore.

“It aligns with our goal of improving compliance processes while maintaining the high standards that REM Offshore is known for.”
