Austin-based marine intelligence company Pollentia has launched its AI Co-Captain and Global Network, a platform designed to manage navigation, propulsion, onboard sensors, and cybersecurity within a single integrated operating layer.
The company says that the technology is designed to reduce fragmentation by replacing patchwork systems with a unified intelligence core. The AI Co-Captain acts as the central brain of the vessel, reading signals across electronics and core systems in real time to anticipate risk and support operator decisions.
The system provides features such as collision avoidance, assisted docking support, and cybersecurity, and also supports predictive maintenance by capturing data continuously.
The platform is intended for use across consumer, commercial, and government vessels. Brizo Yachts Europe has confirmed it will partner with the company to bring these capabilities to its owners.
