Ocean Technologies Group (OTG) has announced that it has agreed a deal to acquire Danish company DanDocs, a provider of marine rules and regulations management software.
DanDocs’ MarineRegulations platform will be added to the OTG portfolio to provide customers with access to a wider range of operational and regulatory data sources, complementing its existing offerings.
Existing DanDocs clients will also gain access to OTG’s range of additional applications, with the company planning to continue the development of the MarineRegulations product to meet on-going and future needs.

“Our entire business revolves around compliance with maritime regulations, and adding a specialist solution and expertise in that specific field greatly enhances our ability to meet our customers’ evolving needs.”
