Quvia, formerly known as Neuron, has introduced Q, a range of AI tools designed to improve connectivity and network performance in maritime and other sectors.
Q, now in beta, will integrate AI capabilities into the Quvia customer portal, providing real-time network performance and Quality of Experience (QoE) information through natural language queries and offering tools to automate complex tasks.
The platform supports hybrid network orchestration, dynamically adjusting based on real-time data rather than relying on static rules. The system also supports applications such as bandwidth on demand and fleet-wide capacity sharing.
New features in Q will include an AI chatbot that responds to user queries, an interactive dashboard for monitoring endpoints such as ships, and AI agents that automate operational tasks.
“In industries where connectivity and digital ecosystems aren’t one-size-fits-all, businesses need AI that can adapt to their needs,” said Benny Retnamony, founder and CEO, Quvia.
“AI models and chatbots are only as powerful as the data behind them, and we don’t just analyse data—we create it. With Q, we’re helping customers manage tasks faster, smarter, and more effectively.”
