Maritime Optima reports that it has agreed a strategic partnership with Maritime IntelX to integrate real-time bunker pricing and forward curves into its ShipIntel platform, aiming to improve chartering efficiency for shipping companies.
The update will allow users to access live fuel pricing data, bunker planning tools, and carbon emissions estimates within the application, removing the need to switch between multiple platforms when performing pre-voyage calculations. Maritime IntelX specialises in real-time bunker data and analytics, including accurate port-specific prices and emissions estimates.
