Columbia Group agrees partnership with Insight for maritime digital services

Insight Enterprises and Columbia Group have agreed a strategic partnership to deliver IT and OT services to the maritime sector, combining Insight’s enterprise technology capabilities with Columbia’s maritime operational experience.

The agreement will see services delivered under the SmartSea brand, offering a range of digital technologies including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI-driven analytics, and digital workplace systems.

“We are excited to join forces with Insight to bring next-generation IT and OT solutions onboard our managed fleet and the wider maritime industry,” said Mark O’Neil, President of Columbia Group.

Insight Enterprises provides technology integration services across sectors including government, healthcare, education and enterprise, with work covering areas like infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI and edge technologies.

The partnership with Columbia Group is effective immediately and will focus on delivering long-term support for maritime digitalisation initiatives.
