FourKites launches AI supply chain agents in Europe

FourKites has launched three new AI agents for the European market, designed to automate manual processes such as appointment scheduling, document compliance, and customer communication in logistics operations.

The company has also introduced FourSight, a natural language analytics tool aimed at improving access to real-time supply chain data without the need for specialist technical skills.

The agents are named Alan, Polly, and Cassie. Alan automates appointment scheduling processes across email and portal systems, including confirmations and rescheduling, while Polly collects and validate shipping documents such as Proof of Delivery.

Cassie monitors shipments, responds to customer queries, and validates claims submissions.

“These AI agents enable supply chain organisations to maintain consistent service levels while controlling operational costs, scale document compliance and customer service functions without proportional headcount increases, and transform routine operational challenges into automated workflows,” says Jimmy Sebastian, Vice President, AI Products, FourKites.

“This empowers teams to redirect their human expertise toward strategic, high-impact activities that drive the business forward.”

Alan, Polly and Cassie join Sam and Tracy, FourKites’ earlier digital agents, which have been in use in Europe since February.
