NT Maritime and Nevetal integrate comms performance data for cruise lines

NT Maritime Holdings and Nevetal are to work together on the integration of communication systems into the Keel data platform, to allow cruise operators to monitor messaging, voice, and network performance alongside operational data within Keel dashboards.

The move aims to provide cruise lines with a unified view of how onboard communications affect crew productivity and the guest experience. Areas covered include Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for messaging, voice usage performance, network quality, and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) activity.

“This integration is a powerful example of Keel’s extensible platform,” said Joost van Ree, Vice President Commercial, Digital Platforms at Nevetal.

“Working with NT Maritime allows us to expand Keel’s operational visibility while giving cruise lines access to communication insights at enterprise scale, all within a single data environment.”

The platform provides real-time alerts to help network teams detect and resolve issues before they affect passengers. Data points include crew and passenger response times, sentiment analysis, and network metrics such as jitter, packet loss, and latency.
