Navarino enters operational technology market with launch of NEMO

Navarino has announced the launch of a new company, NEMO, marking its entry into the operational technology (OT) space with a fleet telemetry platform.

The new system extracts and enriches high- and low-frequency data from merchant vessels to support real-time monitoring, alerting, performance analysis, and emissions reporting.

The company says that the architecture is designed to span the full data pipeline, using onboard data units and internet of things (IoT) sensors to capture signals at the source, combined with artificial intelligence (AI) analytics to identify potential operational issues before they occur.

The platform is currently undergoing pilot testing ahead of an expected full commercial launch in the first quarter of 2027.
