Hefring Marine has launched a new mobile application to provide real-time operational fleet oversight, offering users continuous access to vessel data and performance metrics from any location.
The app is designed to extend the capabilities of the company’s IMAS system to mobile devices. Features include live vessel tracking, intelligent alerts, trip histories, and onboard device monitoring, for iOS and Android platforms.
“We’ve designed this solution to give IMAS users and marine professionals the real-time visibility and control they need to operate more safely and efficiently in today’s demanding maritime environment,” said Karl Birgir Björnsson, CEO of Hefring Marine.
The platform provides live positional data for all vessels within a fleet, alongside automated notifications for events such as geofence breaches or engine alerts. Trip logs and vessel profiles are available to support post-voyage analysis, while onboard sensors and connected devices are monitored to ensure systems remain operational.
