Hafnia to deploy FrontM infotainment system fleetwide

Hafnia has selected FrontM’s Loft Multiplex and Loft Kiosk infotainment solutions for a fleetwide rollout aimed at improving onboard communication, safety messaging and crew wellbeing.

The decision follows the completion of trials of FrontM’s technology and a review of different digital engagement tools.

The Loft Multiplex IPTV system will provide live channels in recreation areas, while the Loft Kiosk will deliver safety campaigns, operational messages, microlearning content and crew-engagement functions through touch-enabled displays. Both are managed centrally through FrontM’s framework.

The initiative aims to strengthen Hafnia’s safety culture while improving information flow to seafarers across its fleet.

“Crew wellbeing and engagement remain central to the way we operate,” said Surajit Chanda, VP Technical In-House Fleet at Hafnia.

“FrontM’s digital solutions offer a thoughtful product that secures a constant news and information flow while strengthening the way safety culture and operational awareness are communicated. This represents a meaningful step in our commitment to support our seafarers and enhance operations across the fleet.”
